Today we are going to be talking about the top two trading apps when it comes to trading Moberly and tracking your trades on the go. Now the two that we will be talking about our Weibo and the mobile Think or Swim app I will not be mentioning Robin Hood because Robin Hood is for peasants. Just kidding. I made a Robin Hood video a few months ago I'll put a link in the description if you're curious about how to use Robin Hood or if it's possible these Robin Hood for day trading.

But of course we both also offers Commission free trading but has a lot of better technical indicators. And of course you also get a free stock when you use my referral link in the description below. The Thinkorswim app, on the other hand, is basically the mobile version of the online platform that I use in my day to day trades. and they don't have free Commission's But of course, paying for Commission's isn't always a bad thing.

So I'm going to be comparing both when it comes to setting alerts, technical analysis, executions, and the overall ease of use so that you could come to your own conclusion at the end. I'm going to be explaining which I think is best based on your situation in return. As always, the only thing I ask of you is that you hit that beautiful and charming like button. And also if you see value, go ahead and hit that subscribe button for more short, sweet and simplified videos on how to trade the stock market.

So I get a lot of questions about what the best stock trading app is in terms of trading. Moberly So I thought I'd Finally do a review of two of my favorite apps for training now. I'm going to start with Weeble specifically because I know a lot of folks on this channel like to have Commission Free trades I Think that's why so many people use Robin Hood But you know Commission Free trades are great. But of course there can be drawbacks.

but when it comes to trading Moberly I Found that we both have the least amount of drawbacks for the most amount of advantages. It has so many different advantages in terms of technical analysis in terms of replaying the price action of a trade, and as well as different fundamental analysis tools that I haven't found on apps like Robin Hood and whatnot. So anyways, to start: if you're for example, want to start an alert, it's pretty. It's a pretty simple process.

You just go to alerts say I want to add an alert for Tesla say when it crosses, let's say I want to alert say I wanted to alert me when it crosses below to 50 say that's what I think is the support line I'll say 250 push save now it will alert me when it's below 250. Pretty simple. Most trading platforms have it in terms of technical analysis. If I want to do a technical analysis on Tesla it's a pretty simple process as well I Think that you definitely want to put it in landscape mode just so that you can see everything.

Now as you can see, we have the SMA line which is pretty pretty good. We have the RSI we have the MACD. We have pretty much everything that I have on a computer. when I use the thinkorswim platform and of course you have to configure it as you'd like.
But I think this is a pretty good setup. Moberly I Think One of the challenges when it came to bringing training to a mobile phone was the fact that it's really difficult to figure out how to make it so that you can see all the indicators to make your decision as well as pretty much be able to navigate around it in a pretty easy way. Now, it's really easy to navigate around it and I can clearly see the SMA line in each individual candlestick. That's another thing.

a lot of mobile trading platforms didn't have candlesticks, but now we have all the different candlesticks which is great. You can have other configurations as well. Now in terms of the studies, you may notice that I have the studies configured how I always have them. It doesn't come that way.

In order to configure the studies, you have to go over here to the studies option and you can pick which studies you want. In terms of customizing, you can go to customize I can go to moving averages and then for moving averages as you know I Use the SMA that has the nine days. It's a nine day moving average and when you originally add this, it's going to have three or four different options and you configure those the way you'd want to I Think that 'blessed is more. A lot of times you don't want anything more than you need and in my mind all I need is the nine day moving average.

For a lot of traders, they like to use the EMA which you know the nine day EMA or whatever. Figure it how you like you. There's also the issue moves through. Clouds is a really great indicator that a lot of people who have followed my channel for a while or aware of and just kind of shows you like when me price action crosses over the green cloud.

That means that that's a trend reversal and when it goes down below the red cloud, that means that it's a trend reversal on the opposite direction. and it's just. it's a really cool feature to have. I Don't know that I'd use it mobili I'd Like my moving average, it's also very easy to draw.

as you can see I have two lines here. Very simple to implement if you're trying to find a support and resistance level. I think Historically, this has also been a very difficult thing in terms of mobile app developers trying to figure out how to implement a sort of you know drawing lines as we can do on the computer easily with a mouse or a cursor. It's very difficult to deal with your with your finger, but I think this does a pretty good job of being able to place lines exactly where you want them to be.

Also very easy to move from time chart to time chart. It's kind of neat. I think that a lot of the other platforms are a lot more clunky, but in any case, pretty good. And yeah, and you can add in the different studies as and customize them as you will on a computer.
There's very few studies that I think that you'd have on a more advanced computer program that aren't available on Weibo or aren't available through customizing it strategically through the different options that are on here. This also allows you to replay, which is pretty neat and you can multiply it by 120 times. So if you're trying to figure out how a stock a particular stock trades, you can replay the price action and 120 times the speed to exactly see you know, get a feel for how that's trading, where the support and resistance levels are going, opportunities that you would have been able to identify and figure out. You know how to apply that into the later sessions of trading that you're going to be doing.

and this is a cool thing. So it's like if you're sitting in school or you're sitting in between jobs or you've been the car bus or something like that. instead of playing bejeweled, there's some stupid Kardashian game on your phone. Instead you could look at price action and do something that could be valuable for you.

And I think that's a really cool feature that I haven't seen on a lot of on a lot of other applications. In terms of fundamental analysis, this also gives the monkey ratings. You can see exactly where they're buying so you can know where not to buy. You get to see stock predictions.

You get to see things like insider activity shortage, a short interest I think is really important because if you have a stock that is oversold on the RSI which you can see on this platform because again, we see the RSI if you open up the chart again, we get access to the RSI on this. But but short interest is important because if it's over sold on the RSI and it starts trending up, you know that if it has a very high short interest that we might be due for a short squeeze and this gives you a pretty early warning sign. A lot of the a lot of the other platforms that you use don't give you the short interest, so that's super important. There you get your financial forecast.

This isn't super relevant for my trading style, but it might be four years. It's more of a long-term investing type thing. You get your institutional Holdings which is something that is really interesting because you could see I don't know how relevant it is to trading, but it's interesting because you could see how many ETFs are invested and what ETFs are invested in the particular stock that you're trading. and you also get the key executive report which is also kind of interesting.

but yeah and you get comments with kind of see where people are buying or what they're thinking. I would not take any relevance to this, but it's still fun to see and you might pick up something that you've missed. Another thing that's kind of cool if they have weeble points. If you guess on something and you get it right in terms of a stock prediction, what you will get a Weeble point, you will get a weeble point which basically allows you once you get ten, you get some sort of free product from Weebles, some sort of good marketing scheme on their part.
But yeah, I mean you get your inflow and your out flow and there's just there's a lot of great features with this. Yeah, I do recommend give you Ebola try. it's completely free, but what we both doing is that you not only get one free stock, but you also get one free stock when you join and then another free stock when you deposit. So that's two free stocks in total and Zip Trader also gets one or two, which is nice.

I'm not really sure if it's one or two, but in any case, if trader loves free stuff, so if you do sign up using our referral link would be appreciated. If not, if you hate Zip trader, that's totally fine. Instead, maybe leave a hateful comment in the description. But other than that I think that we Bulls great to to try out and see what you think.

They also they also allow you to analyze the different IPOs that are coming up all the different things that are filed in terms of IPOs that are coming this year. You also get to see the different markets I think financed Yahoo Finance also does this, but it's kind of cool because you could see how globally everything is doing. So yeah, I mean in terms of fundamental analysis I am a huge fan of the Weeble platform. It's You know, it's not exactly the be-all end-all of fundamental analysis, but it's a great way to fundamentally analyze and technically analyze a company while on the move.

In terms of executions, it's also pretty easy. You just hit trade and then you could. You could buy yourself, which is pretty awesome because a lot of mobile platforms used to not offer the shorting option, but now you could sell. Now you could sell stock short and that's a pretty awesome thing to be able to do on the go.

and you can buy and it's It's a pretty simple setup, your quantity set, market order or limit order or stop order and your limit price and the time that you want it to be enforced. And another option is that you do get that extended hour train which is pretty cool because of the fact that this is all Commission free and I found the execution times to be somewhat good I think that I give it a sin at seven out of ten in terms of the behind or ten trades that I did with it I generally trade mostly with think they swim on my computer so I really just created to see exactly how this would perform in terms of thicker swim the mobile app for the platform it's a little bit clunky ER and it's a little less attractive, but you know it does have a lot of good features in terms of technical analysis: I Really like the color scheme in terms of analyzing these stocks, that might just be the way that my brain analyzes colors, but I do like this kind of like bright popping of the price action while that black background and like the cool purple with the RSI I'm sure you could pull I could figure it to be that way on Wii Bowl in some ways, but in any case I think that's a really cool feature to have automatically in terms of setting alerts, it's also pretty easy. You could say quick alerts, but I think the best way to do that is by going to the bottom of a stocks that you'll want to trade, pushing ad alert and then specifying exactly what you want. and then you just push, create alert and it says the Lord was created and it's You know.
It's a pretty simple tool to use. it also offers you the It also offers you the ability to alert when a certain stock is below 30 on the RSI or below whatever number on the horse I or study that you're utilizing. You could see why this would be beneficial since I like to trade stocks that are oversold. So if I was looking for an opportunity to buy in when Crone was below 30 or oversold on the RSI, I could set this to alert me when Crone hit that threshold and I might be out and about and just have my phone.

So this would be a great feature so that I don't miss opportunities when it's below 30. On the RSI Terms of technical analysis at offer. it also offers the same thing with the features in terms of the RSI and the different price points with the and the DIF and the SMA and it's a little bit clock here, but it does work pretty well in terms of analyzing charts and drawing and figuring out the different price points. So for those of you who are familiar with my videos, you know that I generally use thicker Swim's online platform on the computer for pretty much all of my traits and all of my analysis.

But when it comes to trading Mobley When it comes to Trading Mobile Ii, I do think that Thinkorswim has a good platform, but I think that We Bowl is slightly better. I do think that you know if you consider the fact that a platform like Weibo has zero Commission trades and pretty decent executions, as well as technical analysis. And you combine that with the fact that if you're trading on your phone, you're probably not caring as much in terms of the exact minute executions with your phone. If you're trading on your phone, odds are very strong that you're not trying to scalp a position, so thus, it doesn't matter as much that you're in at the exact point that you need to be in.

It rather means that you need to get in a tape area. You need to be in a certain area like if it's below 30 on the RSI. You don't care if it's between 24 or 30, you just know that you need to get in at around that point. And in that case, Trading Mobley Using this would be not a bad idea.

In terms of fundamental analysis, Thinkorswim platform does not offer that much I Think it does. It does offer news and you can kind of get the overall profile. but I Don't find any of this very useful in terms of actually analyzing the company. Whereas as we know, on the Weeble platform, there is all these different features that could allow you to figure out exactly what's going on in terms of the fund within a company.
Now, that's unfortunate, but this Thinkorswim app is made primarily for people who aren't really that worried about the fundamentals of a company. and that's like most traders. but you know, has my strategy and my focus is about a 60% technical and 40% fundamental and as a result this just isn't This just isn't sufficient in terms of trading on my phone. of course I could of course when I'm on my computer I could have multiple windows open but on my phone I Really just want to use one app when I'm trading mobile II so that's I Think that's the key there.

Anyways, have a great day folks and I'll see you in the next video.

I feel like ToS has too many features. Yeah sure it's great if you know how to use 100% of its features but the Webull app is so much more user friendly. Like you can log in in the first day and figure out how to make a trade and be able to operate. ToS is complicated, yes its got more options but it has options that 99% of traders shouldn't be using

I'm new to this online trading and I have a question on how it works. If you bought 10 shares in Company A for $10 each it would cost $100. The share goes up to $10.01 and you sell right away, that would be a $0.10 profit correct? (10 shares multiplied by $.01 equals $0.10) So one of the goals is to basically buy shares like that and resell it as soon as possible which is essentially day trading?
