Okay folks, so I have about three big things that we need to discuss today. and number one is an update on the market in plays, number two is an update on ooga booga AMC And then lastly for the main entree I Want to talk about one specific stock that is extremely undervalued right now and I believe at this present moment is a very, very good deal. I'm going to break down the business model to make the bullish case for why in my view and maybe you'll agree with me after hearing out how the business model works. this stock is eventually going to be trading at much much higher values and in return for all of this, the only thing that I ask of you is that you hit that ravishing like button and also don't forget to subscribe either.

Okay Mark it read in the pre-market then green a little bit more risk on towards the beginning to middle of the day and then towards close. It started taking faster than a goose and a goose fire. so fine and so fly. Sofi Moved up higher today as Morgan Stanley analysts set a price Target at 25 citing two catalysts: Number one, the student loan freeze expiring at the end of January 2022, which is going to open up a massive, massive part of selfies business model.

But essentially they make the point that hey, wait a second. There's no reason for student loans to be refinanced during 2021 because interest payments are frozen. So why refinance to get a lower interest rate if you're not even paying interest? But in 2022? all of these student loans that have been frozen for a long time are now going to start charging interest again, at which case, a lot of the students who are in these loans are going to be like hey, it's time to refinance. They probably also want to seal in low interest rates while they can.

All things that should dramatically bolster Sophie's Revenue in 2022 and number two The second Catalyst at which the Stanley's over at Morgan discuss is the approval of Sofi's Bank Charter application, which is likely to happen to be acquisition. Now do these two catalysts sound familiar? Well, I Hope they do, because we've been discussing these for weeks and yesterday we actually reiterated them. But what matters is more and more people are picking up on these catalysts and it's rallying up the share price. Morgan Stanley Also cited that while competition is rising among Challenger fintechs for Gen Y and Z selfie has a leg up given its roots in the hardest part of Consumer Finance lending along with a robust digital offering.

Very very true, especially considering their robust consumer growth, which they should have focused on more here. But overall, remember, members are everything and more members mean more people to pitch future Financial products too. So Prague back up again. Huge Today in celebration.

This is a picture of Czech people dancing outside Prague Very, very nuts I Think they're very happy about Prague's performance today. We briefed on this for the first time during its first uptrend on the chart, and then last week we spoke about how we are continuing to track Prague because of its increasingly momentumous short squeeze setup and how on that day it got temporarily derailed because of the offering. My face summed up the reaction pretty well, but my thought process and totality is hey yeah, I got derailed because the share offering. but you give this a good risk on trading day and boom.
That being said, there was very little indication in the pre-market that this was going to run I Was thinking this would set up later on in the week at the end of the day. When it comes down to short squeeze candidates, what are you doing? Tracking and trying to predict crowd psychology? That's no easy task. If you can find common characteristics of stocks that the crowds tend to chase, then you can get a really good idea of what candidates could be likely next to run. Okay, moving on.

Bitcoin continuing to break out, getting closer to the 60s Battleground Pushing crypto miners like more a lovely Mora Riot and Btbt Morrigan Unfortunately, those were slightly bludgeoned towards the end of the day because of the market cool off, but crypto is still holding up very well and we're all very excited to see what will happen if it finally gets that much anticipated breakout into new highs. Sheba Coined the coin of Sheba back on its uptrend today. Now in terms of playing: Shiba a lot of folks were asking me about this. This quite simply is the hype coin that is going to continue aggressively to have pumps as long as the underlying momentum in Bitcoin and most of the major crypto Market is remaining strong and hot.

Whatever, Bitcoin runs up massively. There's about three or four huge hype coins that run up massively to like three, four, five hundred times the percentage of points when Bitcoin starts going up. You get into this area where there's all of a sudden a ton of risk on trading in the rest of the crypto. Market In this case, of course, you also have that Fomo effect where people are buying it because they're anticipating more people buying it and they know what happened with Dogecoin earlier this year.

so they're like, hey, this is this is gonna happen again. Of course, the market cap of Sheba coin is now 12 billion, which is no joke. if you bother to do the math on this which I know a lot of people don't because they're too damn lazy. but the average cheaper weighs about 18 to 24 pounds.

and if you take the lower end of the estimate, the math comes out to about 600 million dollars per pound of Sheba Actually, 666 million dollars per pound of Sheba which is a devil number. But in any case, of course, with the Fomo effect, the more that it runs, the more people want to get it. Which is an extremely lucrative process for everybody who buys it until it isn't, which is when it blows up. My thought process at the end of the day is that if you really want to play this, go light and go in with the intention that hey, my risk management will grow tighter as it gets more profitable.
I Also had some questions on how to actually buy Sheba coin because most of the major brokerages don't allow it yet. While Weeble does allow it, all you have to do is go over to that crypto section and hit cheaper coin and then trade. I'll put a link to Weeble below. They'll give you two free stocks if you sign up and deposit any amount.

Helpful plug. But at the end of the day, seriously, have risk management if you're going to trade cheap a coin. And really, if we're gonna trade anything I hate when people buy something and they have no idea what their plan is. Even if it's a long-term buy, at least write down what your plan is.

otherwise you're literally just throwing money and saying oh, we'll see if the money flows back to me. Okay next, Ooga booga! AMC So the big story right now with AMC stock is this idea of whether or not to direct register your shares. Essentially The Rundown is that if you use a transfer agent, company like Computer Share takes the shares out of the broker's hands and said broker can no longer lend them out to be used to short sell shares get registered directly in your name and they're a lot more secure. And most importantly, it forces Brokers to locate real shares, which of course, makes it so that there's less shares available to sell multiple times.

AKA Naked shorting. It also helps lock up the float and promote transparency. And unfortunately, this idea of whether to directly register your shares has brought about a lot of huge reactions in retail heavy forums like AMC stock Communities You have some people saying hey, it's a terrible idea to do this and you have other people say no, this is a really good idea. We need to do this for a moss and of course, both groups are calling the other group shills and it's quite frankly giving me the chills.

But at the end of the day, if you're somebody who's holding AMC hoping for a squeeze, it's probably marginally better for you if everybody around you decides to directly register their shares. It helps promote transparency and curtails a lot of the power that alleged manipulators have. But for you as an individual, you'll probably get the best results and a happy medium just by choosing a broker that allows you to choose the exchanges that you want to execute on. that allows you to turn off share lending if you don't want them to lend out your shares and overall actually has the ability to execute you in and out very very quickly if you need to.

Okay, lastly, the main entree. So last week we spoke about Charge Sport and how it was at a good deal range historically undervalued and it was a bit up today, but still historically undervalued. And I Want to dive much deeper into why Chargepoint is such a good deal? Yes, I Get it. You already know that it's a charging infrastructure provider.
You already know that. Hey, EV demand is going through the roof all of those EV cars they need charging providers. Maybe you already know that Chargepoint reported record Revenue in Q2 Maybe you know that they are a leader in the US EV charging market and are rapidly expanding into Europe But you're still wondering. wait, what actually is the business model here? Business model of Chargepoint is basically to build, sell and maintain charging stations that it sells to Independent Property Owners which then for the most part, unless it's private property or a private fleet, get added to the public Chargepoint network.

Which means in totality, Chargepoint has three Revenue sources. Number one, there's the hardware itself which is the biggest Revenue stream at this moment. These are the actual charging stations that Chargepoint has designed and will build for a massive upfront, one-time cost an independent property owner decides hey, I want a charging station on my property? For whatever reason, they go and they contact Chargepoint. Chargepoint gives them a quote to give them the hardware and build it out and set it up on their property.

When the property owner agrees to those terms, then the property owner takes on all the risk and Chargepoint gets the sale. Better yet, because this is Charge Points. Hardware Now Chargepoint has reoccurring Revenue in terms of software on said Hardware. So the second Revenue stream for Chargepoint is the software itself which is operated on the software as a service business model.

You can't just have a charging station without specially designed software to operate said charging station or for customers or fleets to use said charging infrastructure. And their software is extremely powerful with Integrations across consumer platforms like on Google and Apple Automotive platforms built into vehicles and big Enterprise platforms for fleets. So you have hardware and software as a service. What else do you have? Well, you have maintenance fixing and updating charging stations when issues arrive or when something becomes obsolete.

Now you look at a breakdown of these Revenue Sources: Vast majority of Revenue still comes from selling physical charging station systems, which is a huge upfront cost. But the thing that is a lot a lot more stable and a lot more long-winded Reoccurring is the subscription. Revenue Because you pay a lot of money to get the damn unit, you're not going to go and throw out the unit, you're going to use it. And using it means you're paying that subscription model.

Once they've sold the unit, they've now solidified that unit as a reoccurring stream of: Revenue. Remember, the more it sells and sets up charging stations, the more property owners and the more of the market, it's locked up for itself. Which is why Chargepoint is so damn competitive, Because right now it's building out and creating a huge lead in front of its competition that no one's going to be able to catch up to. So you basically have a business model where property owners are taking all the risk of electricity, cost changes, a flopping station in a bad area, and property cost.
Chargepoint is basically just selling them. the shovels you take on the expensive costs of this business and the risks involved, and we'll just deal with selling you the equipment and maintaining it. And now that it solidified itself as a leader in the space, as the space continues to exponentially grow, this business model, which is extremely strong, well exponentially grow as well. Now, of course, though, at the end of the day, in order for Chargepoint to really work and for the numbers to really work, the demand for EV charging needs to exponentially grow.

But if you have that as a premise and a foundation and you believe in that one premise, then Chargepoint is an obvious an obvious buy at these prices. Anyways, folks, back apps off the video. Traders need a clear mind to identify favorable trade set up, and if they are consistently subjected to the stress and anxiety of losing trades, they will consistently mix the trade they should be taking. That's why I trade with Mrs Nicole Brusher, her set skills are amazing.

I was looking at AMC year chart today… & there was the small pump in January & then the big one in June and it looks like the cycle is repeating right now. We had the small surge to $50 range & the dip back down… if this is a repeating cycle the short squeeze would be this month…. just a thought lol
