Today we're going to be talking about the top three stocks that have a high probability of giving us the price action that we need to trade off of this week. As you know, as traders, we are focused on profiting off of the short-term fluctuations with a lot of these stocks. So the key is making sure that we scout out and figure out which stocks are going to provide that this is not a channel for those who are looking to hold in hope. This is also not a channel for those who are looking for longer-term investments.

Now this might sound redundant or repetitive, but make sure to always have a plan with these thoughts every week. I Do this video and I get comments and messages from concerned folk. Questions like Oh should I buy this position Should I hold this position or should I sell out of this position I Say this respectfully. but if you got to the point where you're asking this question, odds are strong that you've already failed yourself.

But moreover, it misses the whole point of these videos. If you are unsure about what to do with a position, that means that you didn't have a plan. A plan involves figuring out not only when you're going to enter a position, but you're gonna also figure out what happens or what needs to happen for you to exit that position. That means cutting your profits or cutting your losses based on a certain criteria.

In any case, if you understand this and understand what I'm talking about, I invite you and encourage you to comment below. Charlie I will always have a plan when trading these stocks. You may think you already know this, but odds are strong that you know emotions will take hold when you're buying into these positions and then you'll end up losing money because you didn't have a plan. But other than that, the only thing I ask of you is that you hit that beautiful and ravishing like button.

And of course, if you see value, don't forget to subscribe for more short, sweet and simplified videos on how to trade the stock market. Okay, so this might be shocking, but we're going to be starting today off with a biotech opportunity and perhaps even more shocking for a lot of my longer-term subscribers. SC YX is once again the first on our list now. I'm going to be using Weevil to introduce it, which is the free Commission broker that I've been talking about a lot on this channel.

I Sort of see them as like the day trading version of Robin Hood just because Robin Hood tends to lacked a lot of the execution features and sort of day trading indicators that I like to use. But anyways, don't take my word for it. I'm gonna use Weeble for the first introduction just so that you can get a feel how it works and then I'm gonna use thinkorswim on the last half just so you can compare the two. I Don't really use Robin Hood for anything, but if you are currently using Robin Hood you can compare it just by looking at the video.

Okay, so now SC YX jumped up pre market hours Monday of last I recommended this talk in last Sunday's video because of the two upcoming presentations in SC y-axes history of running up before presentations. But anyway, since SC Y X ran up and the pre-market I doubt many people were able to take advantage of it and the rest of the week it was relatively flat. However, SC YX gave a presentation on Saturday and they were successful. It's treating the disease that they're trying to treat.
They also have a presentation on the sixteenth, which is of course this week next. Tuesday So here's a company that is generally considered a winner in the biotech industry, mostly because their recent record of success with the FDA notably their big win from February which is one of the ones we covered on our top penny stocks list. But I think the big question with this is if SC Y X's success has already been factored into the share price or even worse if it's been over factored in. A lot of people often get confused when the piece of good news comes out and then the stock price doesn't budge or even worse, it goes down.

So there's two reasons that this can occur. Number one, as if the news wasn't perceived as that big of a deal by investors if it didn't really change the perception of the company that much, or it just frankly wasn't a big deal that will fail to move the stock price. And the second and this is fairly common when it comes to the news is just the fact that investors had already planned this theta would be speculated it and thus had bought the shares beforehand since it had already enjoyed its appreciation. When the news actually comes out, it doesn't affect the stock price and if expectations across the board or even better than the actual news that comes out, then when the good news comes out, even if it's really good, then the share price will still go down because everyone expected even better than good news.

So in any case, with this stock, we were trading away over the long term support at thirty five cents. and with that in mind, I won't be recommending this for a swing position, just because the odds of you killing your account with such an overextended position doesn't really outweigh the potential benefit at least for me. Of course, if you have a different risk tolerance level, you may be inclined to do that. I'd Say the key with this is to make sure you're taking advantage of just the short-term fluctuation and make sure you wait for confirmation of an uptrend before you buy in.

Like I mentioned earlier, these are stocks that are all free to trade on Weibo. Commission Free! And they're all available on Weibo, which you know a lot of brokers just don't even carry a lot of the stocks. There's a lot of other platforms that we just don't endorse. Maybe I haven't used them personally, so I just can't stand behind a platform that I haven't used.

But I want to switch back to Thinkorswim for the next box so you can compare and contrast Thinkorswim with Weeble. Okay, so the next stock is, in fact, now, in fact, is sort of the king of false starts. They get investors all boiled up and then nothing happens and this happens again and again. It's sort of like promising an abandoned son that you'll finally take him to that baseball game that he's dreamed of.
Then when the day comes, you just sort of show up and kick him in the face and then leave. Now the exact board over it in VAX is sort of been teasing the phase three data for their RSV vaccine and then when it finally released the results, the result was that it had failed to meet the primary end points. But their official presentation of phase 3 data is on April 16th, which is Tuesday this week. Now you may ask yourself, why would a phase 3 data failure need more presenting? Are they just going to stand there and talk about how much they suck? Well, no.

See, the drug did fail. Their primary endpoints the primary objectives of treatment, but the trial did conclude that there were some benefits. In fact, they concluded that it did in fact help some infants with complications from the disease. So now it's the goal of the folks that and actually put on a brilliant presentation and rebrand the drug as the next best thing since black and bottled water.

Now the key with these types of plays is not whether or not the drug itself is actually going to be profitable, or it's actually going to be a successful drug, but whether or not the company can actually convince investors that it will be. This creates the short-term fluctuation that we look to trade off of. So if we were looking at the long term chart, we see that massive over selling of the share price after the negative phase data release on 20 on the 28th of February This one is pretty uneventful. II Floated around the 50 cent range ever since that negative selling.

but this week could be the week. Two changes that with the new announcements and they will be getting more attention so we'll see what happens. But the beauty really is that we are trading so low that there's really not that much technical downward potential maybe a few cents, which is awesome since there's upward potential all the way up to over $2 Now the key with this is making sure to buy into confirmation don't just buy the stock because it's oversold. We need to make sure that we are seeing signs of an uptrend.

We don't want to buy a sick and dying animal on the side of the road. We want to make sure that the dying animals getting up and walking. In Any case, the news this week could serve as a catalyst for that. By the way, if you're having a hard time keeping up with all these plays, if you're having a hard time keeping track it up.

I Invite you to join the Trader Circle because people constantly post all the news updates and all the different events that come out as well as new trending tickers that aren't covered in these videos or even on my personal watch lists. And so I of course I invite you to check that out. The link is in the description below. It's also pin to the top comment.
We also have a discord which is accessible by joining that group. Okay, so the next talk is one that I'm looking at for a swing position. This was one that someone actually pointed out in our discord chat. So I had a look at it and I thought this was actually a great find Now I See PT has a history of making higher support levels, but more importantly, it has a history of being oversold and overbought again and again.

Now of course this is the comeback pattern that we look for. There's the comeback Queen and they come back. King Pattern This is somewhere in the middle, but it's an excellent pattern. Now if history repeats itself, it takes about eight to nine days to recover after being oversold.

This is of course calculated by checking the last few times it was oversold and then taking an average of how long it took. But in any case, it showed about 15 to 20 percent upward potential for an 8 to 9 day swing position. So this will be a huge watch for me this week because that's a pretty good return for a swing position. Of course this may sound redundant and repetitive, but the key is making sure that we were buying in when we see signs of an uptrend and getting that confirmation.

We don't just buy it because stocks are low in price, you want to make sure that they're also going to be increasing soon. Ok, so I want to mention a few other small cap stocks that should be relevant this week and just kind of give you an update on my opinions of them because I always get questions and these are a couple that I think people will ask me about. So Tea Con shelved one of its major studies and fell massively on that news. I'm going to be watching this for signs of an uptrend this week because this could potentially make for an overreaction play as it was massively sold off.

As we know when bad news comes out, everyone sort of freaks out and in the upcoming time spans we tend to see an upward correction. There's also that large amount of upward potential if any semblance of good news comes out this week. But of course, it's more important than ever with this particular stock. To see a confirmation of an uptrend, to see price strength, you need to make sure that you're buying into strength of this because fundamentally, this company's not doing good, at least not in the near future.

Hey, so one last one that I want to mention is C F or X Now this is one of the worst performing stocks in the biotech sector for all of the first quarter of 2019 and they will be presenting their data on April 16th now. I Think it's worth watching specifically because of the fact that it's performed so poorly. so there's a lot more upward potential versus downward potential. And at the same time, they have a fairly big news event coming out on the 16th.
so I do recommend at least putting it on your watch list. Ok, anyways I Hope this video was helpful if you have any questions. Don't forget to comment below or reach out to us on the zip Trader circle Facebook group I Also recommend if you're having trouble actually making money in these markets to go ahead and test out all of your strategies and skills using a paper trading platform using a back-testing rewind trading platform. Whatever kind of platform you would like to use to test out and practice your strategies Because one of the biggest reasons that people lose money is because they didn't practice first.

It's kind of like going and riding a bike and then complaining when you fall over and break your leg. It's just not a good strategy to go about it. You want to first practice with training wheels and the best way to do that is to simply use a back Testing Rewind trading platform. And if you have to use a paper trading platform and then work your way up and once you've grown that account, then you can use real money of course.

We also have a trading tutorials playlist. I Try to design it sort of from the ground up. You start with how to use the platform and then you go to when to buy and sell stocks. Then you go through the indicators and you go through a bunch of other stuff that's super relevant in terms of learning how to efficiently trade from 0 to 100.

It's a great place to start and all you have to do is click the link below. It'll take you to our trading playlist that's on this YouTube channel. It's also on the main zip, crate or home page. You just have to push trading tutorials Anyways, good luck this week and I'll see you in the next video.
