Hello folks! So in this video, you are going to be learning about the top three stocks for this week in May 2020. But in order to make money trading these, you are going to need to trade like a spoiled brat. That means taken advantage of only the best of setups and then crossing your arms and spinning around in a sassy way when the setup doesn't go the way you wanted to. But I know a lot of people think it's pathetic that I trade like a spoiled brat because that means that I'm admitting that I don't know how to trade poor quality setups.

The logic goes that if you're a good trader, you should be able to trade any sort of setup. but my logic is why not wait until you have a high probability setup, one with a pure catalyst, one that allows you to replicate returns, and one that allows you to be consistent over the long run. But enough with the spiel. let's go ahead and review last week's picks.

Ok, so one of the tickers we talked about in last week's video was Fix Now fix is the fear index and runs up as volatility and uncertainty increase. But a day after I posted the video fix, It sold off rapidly and that's why you need to trade these stocks with a plan. It wasn't until Tuesday where we started seeing heightened action and high probability setups. so a diligent trader one that's actually trading with the plan would buy any confirmation and ride price strength here here and here.

But if you're just thinking about buying my picks randomly, stay right here. After I announced it, you would have lost money because you probably would have bought in here. it would have sold off and then you'd be like ok, this pick sucked and sold out here right before ran Up. So the goal is to actually trade the fluctuation not to just randomly buy it.

In last week's video we also talked about SP X S SP X S is a lovely tool for betting against the market. As traders, we need to make money regardless of how the market is doing of course. so as the market got beat down SP XS Ran up cleanly three times. We like clean price action like this because that means we can simply buy in at confirmation and sell out at validation.

It's beautiful, it's beautiful folks, and this is ideal because it's cleanly over the SMA line the entire time. He also talked about Visto. Now, this dough had gotten beaten down on a negative news catalyst Negativo, but since every reaction is an overreaction, it ran up 25% the day after validating out and that was a very solid play as most of the price action happened the day after we announced it. that doesn't always happen, but this was a great play.

We also talked about Yuko and ESCO Yuko broke into an upward direction early Thursday morning and had two sessions of solid upward price momentum with tons of opportunities. But anyways, folks, the whole point of showing you these recaps is just to say that if you had just randomly bought in, you wouldn't have made money. Maybe you would have on a gamble, but most of the time you're not gonna make money. And more importantly, you're not going to make money over the long run by just buying into a stock based on something that you don't really understand.
We, as traders aren't magical garden gnomes, so we don't have a magical garden gnome crystal ball. So instead of predicting the future, why don't you aim for taking most of the move most of the time? But anyways, speaking of predicting the future, I Do see one thing in your future I see ravishing this and that's because you need to hit that ravishing like button. Okay and quick plug for folks who are looking to learn how to trade. We are offering $50 off Zip Trader you when you type in coupon code, stay home 20 20 before checkout Zip Trader you is of course our ground-up guide and structured roadmap to get you out and trading.

but if you want to learn more about it I Don't want a blab? you can go ahead and go to Zip Trader. You calm or click the link in the description below. Okay, so to start a Qst Now this one's going to get me in trouble ladies and gentlemen, but a Qst will be having their FDA approval decision on May 21st for their drug for Parkinson's disease. Now the original approval date was actually supposed to be in January but it got delayed and that resulted in this beatdown here.

But if the delay of a catalyst results in a beatdown this drastic, it's more than reasonable to suggest that the approval of this catalyst would result in at least a partially as drastic move. But if my mind remembers back when we talked about this a few weeks ago in our Top Penny Stocks video for May, we talked about how a Qsd has some serious reactivity to big news events and how this was relevant because on the 21st we have an FDA approval decision coming up. But now that the date is literally this week on Thursday the 21st to be exact, it's this: Thursday we have a ton of opportunity to trade off of it. And what do we like more than opportunity? Well, not much, folks.

we just like opportunity. But of course, the way we trade these moves isn't to just buy in and pray to Buddha that it gets an approval. Please boot again in approval. Buda doesn't care about the stock market and at the end of the day, it's pretty irrelevant to us as traders if it gets an approval or not, because even if it gets approved, it can still get beat down.

And of course that's because of pre factoring in. that's a legitimate issue. So the goal with these is to play pre anticipatory runs and post announcement runs. That means before and after the announcement, but not during.

But Charlie What are the monkeys saying? Well, our favourite and boisterous analyst monkeys are giving it a Qst a price target at fifteen dollars and fifty cents, which is a whopping one hundred and eighty one percent of upside. But folks listen to me when I say let the monkeys be monkeys if you want to see them, go to the zoo because this ain't no Zoo Folks I Know there's people that buy solely because these analysts say that it's a good deal. But look folks, do Not listen To the monkeys. They aren't out for your best interest I Don't even think they know whose interests they're out for.
But the point is, you need to do your own due diligence. But in terms of a technical level, the only problem I have with a Qst going into this week. It's just that because we have run up quite a bit from the lows, it's possible that the approval has already been largely pre factored in, so that means less running up this week. But at the same time, it's worth noting that when you have a high publicity FDA announcement such as this one, it can create a huge flurry of investor sentiment as the financial media covers it and more people learn about a Qst.

Hopefully that happens prior to the rod up so that we get a pre anticipatory run instead of a post run because the post runs tend to run up a lot faster. so you're really playing off the opposite side with the post runs. But nonetheless, Ok, next lab you and Lab D. So Laddie you essentially tracks American Biotech and with the huge emphasis on that sector during this crisis, it's often easier to play the whole sector as compared to just betting on individual horses.

There's a ton of beer bug hype stocks out there, so instead of playing off individual stocks and individual biotech opportunities, you can play the entire race. You don't have to bet on just one like oh, is Anu going to get the vaccine or oh is mrna going to get the vaccine and so forth. Why don't you just trade the whole race? That makes it a lot easier to train off the overall fluctuations while also predicting your downside. IBEW Allows you to trade the up in Biotech while also attacking the down swings by playing Lab D.

But the other factor here is that there is a level of market correlation with Lab U and Lab D due to the fact that many of the companies in the sector are also in the S&P 500. So if you trade lab, you Lab do you sort of get the risk management and relative stability of the overall market. Relative stability is the important term here, but you also get higher percentage gains because when the overall market tends to go up a lot, LabVIEW will be a lot more dramatic and then it'll be a lot more dramatic during the losses as well. but it's a lot more risk managed as compared to just trading sort of little individual biotech stocks.

Now at the end of the day, individual biotech stocks have tons and tons of great opportunities, but if you're not looking for really, really spiky moves, what you're going to want to do is target something like Lab U and Lab D. That way you have a clean cut, plan to trade off the upside and the downside and you can trade off enough all the Tillet e. You have enough volatility there to take risk managed positions, but also lucrative positions. And by the way, if you're having a hard time keeping up to date with all these tickers, and then of course all the tickers that come up during the week, we do have nightly free Zip Trader Circle watchlist for folks who do join Zip Trader Circle.
a link to that is in the description below. Of course it's a free Facebook group, so you might as well check it out. Ok next Savva s A VA Now Salva flopped their face trials for their drug for Alzheimer's but prior to this Salvo was a bit of an analyst. Darling analysts were factoring in success for quite some time and eventual massive revenue increase once these drugs had eventually gone to market.

However, they failed to meet the goals of these trials. So now it's looking a lot more bleak for these these revenue streams. And upon this negative news, it's subsequently subsequently subsequently subsequently lost over 80% of its value, going from 10 dollars and 18 cents to overreaction lows at one dollar and 11 cents before correcting to - it finished trading at two dollars. So here we have a company that just received the worst possible news for their flagship drug, but also hasn't really had much time for the news to settle in or for the company to react to the conversation a lot of the time.

What companies like this will do is they'll control the negative publicity by spinning it. They put a spin on it. We saw this with Gilead a few weeks ago and this is happening over and over and over again with tons of these biotech companies every single day. This really hasn't happened yet, and since this overreaction has given us an 80% beat down, we have a lot more upside if there is heightened investor interest this week.

in fact, the company has already started putting out some damage control by inferring issues and inconsistencies with the trial. So if the company can convince investors that the reason it failed wasn't because the drug is shitty, but rather because of inconsistencies or unreliability of the study, that can say, Okay, well we have a pathway to getting back on to making money and revenue using this drug. Now again, obviously we want all drugs to work from a humanitarian standpoint on a humanitarian poni obviously. But as traders, we have to be realistic.

Just because the company says something works or it doesn't work, that doesn't mean that you know we need to be like, oh, we should invest in it because it's a humanitarian cause. No, no, what you need to do is you need to look at this logically and say how our investor is going to react to it and then how can I exploit it Because this beatdown, it gave us a lot of upside. So if there's any truth or any smidgen of a chance that Sava can go and convince investors that this drug is going to be back in the running, then all of a sudden we have this opportunity with a huge amount of upside, Now, will it recover back to where it was prior? Probably not, Probably not the near future. We want to make sure that this is a stock that were playing off the overreaction and not just a stock that we're just buying and randomly hold it and hope and expecting it to go to a full recovery.
Now understand that cheap investors aren't necessarily going to buy this, so we want to make sure that we're waiting. We're waiting to see signs of a recovery with elevating factor such as oversold and increasing such as height and volume such as a gap, up so on and so forth. We want to make sure that it's not just trading low, but it's trading low and it's showing signs of a recovery. Okay, Lastly, let me just give you my thoughts on N VAX Now N Max is trading so high right now.

After several hai periods, this monster just blew everyone out of the water last week and that's on better than expected revenue and earnings now. I Know it's not cool to be scared of heights, but if I was standing right here on the top right at this moment I would be looking down ready to vomit. This is not a price that I'd want to pay, but with all of the bullish coverage on in fact in upgrading of their share price by the monkeys, it's ripe for an overreaction correction. This is going to be hyped to oblivion.

and then we're going to get a great opportunity to buy in at an initial correction and there's no doubt that Enmax will continue to be a hype stock into the future. So if we do get that opportunity to sell that allows us to get in at a good deal and then ride future hype that would make for an excellent position. Okay, a quick note: if you're the type of person that's looking for that one stock that's going to build your account, that one stock that's going to go up three to four hundred percent, you're looking for the wrong thing. What you need to be looking for are individual stocks, individual trades that you can take consistently throughout your trading career, right? so that you can consistently grow your account.

What is one good trade going to do if you read all about this one stock and it has like oh, it has the cure for moldy bread or it has the cure for some big disease or I guess the beer book something like that If you have this one story stock, everybody is hyping right and you're like, okay, well I'm going to invest a ton of money to it and then I'll make a lot of money off that. But let me just put it this way, if you can't replicate that strategy a hundred times, if you can't always pick the winner of these massive catalysts. That's not a long-term strategy. So instead of guessing and gambling on what the next big play is, why don't you take a step back and choose a long-term consistent strategy? Okay folks, well if you have any questions whatsoever, you could feel free to reach out to us in the comment section below or join us on zip trader Circle.

My ending reminder to you is to make sure that you're entering this week trading like a spoiled brat and having a clear plan. I Know it sounds very mechanical because I say this all the time. but at the end of the day, why are you not having a clear reason for entering and exiting a position? Why are you not knowing exactly why you're in a position? If you don't know any of those things, That means that you're not following a long-term strategy. So follow a long-term strategy and trade like a spoiled brat.
And by the way, people always ask me what broker should they trade these stocks on and I always like to send them over to Weeble Weeble is a very powerful platform and they are again offering two free stocks if you sign up and deposit with our link in the description below I Believe you get one for signing up and one for depositing.
