Okay, but anyways, let's go ahead and get into it. Ggpi. So at the end of September, we talked about how it was announced that Ggpi would be taking already delivering Evmaker Pollstar public. I gave my breakdown on it, and as of Friday, Ggpi started seeing more inflows again as they submitted a new filing with the Sec declaring itself within the filing as a competitor to Tesla and Lucid and using Porsche as a strategic benchmark to beat.

And obviously, right now we are in this environment where everybody wants to throw money at anything Ev related, especially on a momentum basis. But let's just talk a second about the numbers, because outside of the noise, Pole Star is a very, very interesting beast. I went ahead and did a rough draft on five Ev companies right now. all five, which, by the way, I like to vary in extent, but I plotted them together to give a picture of the relative value they provide when considering the next few years of delivery estimates.

The delivery numbers are a combination of company given numbers and extrapolations that I did based on growth numbers that they've reported or are reporting or based on their production capacity and different guidelines that they've produced. I color coded them by how likely I felt they were to hit their estimates green being the most likely, blue being moderately likely, and red being fairly unlikely. But anyways, with Pole Star, you're looking at a more mature Ev company with about 29 000 deliveries estimated in 2021, 124, 000 in 2023, and 290 000 into 2025.. market cap with the S Pac deal announced thus far is 20 billion.
This comes out to a market cap per vehicle in 2025. delivery numbers at 68 965 000 per vehicle. And I set this to green because I think relative to most of the other players on the list, they are much, much more likely to hit these targets. This is a combination of the proof of concept based on their starting point.

Currently with a 2021 that's expected to deliver 29 000 vehicles, it's easier to go from 29 000 vehicles to 290 000 than it is to go from Zero vehicles to 200 000.. it's also very likely because of the manufacturing capacity that we highlighted when we first presented on Polestar. They not only have the manufacturing capacity to start with, but they actually have used it and proven it to work. But anyways, the next is lucid: 577 deliveries in 2021, 49, 000 in 2023, 135 000, and 2025.

Market cap currently at 71 billion. This is one of my favorite early stage or Ev companies. However, it's gone up so dramatically in the last couple of months that I'm having a hard time seeing this as a great deal. But in any case, market cap per vehicle in 2025 is 525 000 per vehicle Love Lucid! I think they're going to hit their delivery estimates, but the reason it's blue is because again, it's less proven than the green Players.

It's going from basically no manufacturing and no delivering to a ton of delivering. In a few short years, I think that they're going to hit it. I think there's a strong chance that they will, but I can't say that it's as likely as something like a Pull Star which has been delivering already substantially, or a Tesla which is on a whole nother level obviously. But we've already been compensated for that risk, right? It's gone up massively in the last few weeks.

It's now the new buyers that are paying for that risk. What about Fisker? So they are starting with a total of zero deliveries estimated in 2021: 100, 000 in 2023, 200 000 in 2025, and with the smallest market cap on the list at 6.2 billion, their market cap per vehicle delivered in 2025 is only 31 350.. Now, the reason they are in red is the same reason they're so cheap compared to the other players. And that's because the odds of them hitting these delivery estimates are very, very low.

Them hitting these estimates are about as likely as California voting to end state income taxes. It would make Charlie very, very happy, but it's probably something out of a fairy tale. That said, if you compare this to the other players on the list, Fescuer is still a pretty damn good deal if you have a long enough time horizon. I mean, they only have to hit a quarter of their estimates and they'll still be undervalued compared to their competitors.

It's also true, and I don't want to digress too much that they're actually going to be launching their Ocean Suv Reveal event in two days, so odds are strong that brings in hype waves to the stock, so it's probably not going to be trading this Jeep for long. But in any case, the odds that they're going to actually hit this level of deliveries are unlikely. anyways. Next Rivien 1 000 deliveries in 2021 41 000 in 2023 150 000 in 2025 Market cap currently at 110 billion dollars, which comes out to market cap per vehicle in hundred and thirty 2025 thousand dollars.
This one is the priciest on the list because it's coming off of massive, massive ipo hype. That said, since they are largely unproven in their manufacturing, I would say their odds of hitting these targets are moderate, but because they do have the backing of Amazon and a lot of powerful people, it's probably true. They'll be able to find suppliers very, very easy, and they'll be able to find investors very, very easy if they need to ramp up production. And finally, the most developed in the group, which is really just here for comparison purposes: Tesla 877 000 vehicles give or take in 2021 2 million in 2023, and 6 million in 2025 which comes out to a 2025 market cap per vehicle at 166 666 dollars the devil number.

But still, this is the estimate based on those numbers, but I put them as green because I think they're most likely to hit deliveries after this whole supply chain shortage. Make no mistake, the biggest leader in this is going to have no problem getting supplies, and it's going to be able to build relationships that's able to outpace a lot of the other players, which puts Tesla at a huge advantage. When you can buy something at scale and throw so much money around. you can get things for cheaper, and you can also get better relationships that prioritize your own company.

So in totality, based on this analysis, I would argue that of the five, the market has dramatically overlooked Polestar in this Eevee cycle. it's one of the more likely to hit on deliveries. It has a positive track record, and it's already started delivering massively and very, very solidly in 2021. Pullstar is a very, very competitive bet.

At these prices, you're getting a lot for your money now. Of course, the elephant in the room is that you can't really buy pole store yet. You could just buy the S pack that's going to merge and take pull store public, since based on the current details, the 20 billion market cap corresponds to an S Pack value at ten dollars a share for Ggpi. While it's now not trading only four dollars above the S-pac floor, but it's also trading three dollars above where we talked about it in September, And S-pac details can often change a bit, which complicates the risk profile, but I'd argue for the most diligent bargain shoppers here, especially given euphoria and the Eevee sector.

The closer you can get Ggpi to that S-pac floor, the better off you're gonna be, especially if you're a longer-term holder. If you're thinking three-four months, I think you're gonna see a lot of market recognition for this stock. It's way way below what it should be trading at based on the other multiples. And then you could say but Charlie: Leonardo Dicaprio.
He's a backer for Pole Star. That's not good. He couldn't even stay on a floating door to save himself at the end of the Titanic movie. The door clearly had room for two people.

He was a skinny man. He didn't weigh much. How can we trust him to pick a good Ev company if he doesn't even understand door buoyancy? Well, honestly, that's a fair point. Okay, next number two.

So Lucid. Hot off the press. Lucid has been very, very popular with the market right now. People are very excited about these deliveries.

Finally, after quarters of speculation, Lucid's doing what it's promised. But here's the thing. Lucid is hovering around my fair value price Target. It's been back and forth over and under it.

I can't argue anymore that this is a compelling buy like I did when it was at 15 or a 20 or 25. But it's still a top stock because we do have earnings tomorrow. now. What are we looking for on earnings? Well, a few things.

Number one: Any updates in regards to whether they are going to be meeting or exceeding deliveries in the final quarter? We shouldn't see much in retrospect, because delivery started after this quarter's period ended, but guidance should still be helpful. Number two: Any update in terms of production and supply chain issues. We haven't had much in terms of updates in that category either. How are marketing expenses? how are they controlling production, ramping up expenses that happen prior to delivering, And lastly, and most importantly, do we have an update on Demand.

One of the things that a lot of people aren't talking about right now, because Lucid's cars are really nice and they're very competitive, is: are they actually seeing demand? It's difficult to go from an unknown brand to then going and trying to sell hundred thousand dollar plus vehicles. and so far, they've blown us away with perceived demand in terms of pre-orders but we got to see that continue. Right now, there's so much demand for the Ev sector, that's kind of assumed that they're going to do well, but that's definitely not a guarantee. And as somebody who loves the company, I'm going to be looking to see exactly how hot their demand is okay moving outside of Ev into the crypto space.

So, Bitcoin has had a massive upgrade called Taproot. This upgrade essentially gives greater transaction privacy and efficiency and paves the way for smart contracts, which is one of the biggest competitive edges that Ethereum has over Bitcoin. Take it from the Ceo of our lovely Mara. the most important thing for Cap Root is smart contracts.

It's already the primary driver of innovation on the Ethereum network. Smart contracts essentially give you the opportunity to really build applications and business on the blockchain. Here's the thing though, while 90 of miners have already voted in favor of this, not all of them have upgraded to it only about 50 percent, and it's gonna take some time to really upgrade it effectively and actually show a lot of these benefits. However, the media is going to be focusing on what, well, the possibility, and the potential.
With this and the narrative should bring a lot more focus to crypto miners as well, which is why I'm naming the sector that we should focus on the most this week in terms of volatility watch to be the crypto mining sector. Our favorite players Maura Riot, and now Hutch will be under focus this week. If you want to see my breakdown i did recently on Hut, you can watch that on Friday's video, but essentially these are going to be some of the most watched stocks this week. What about risks? Well, upgrades, especially this wide scale can result in glitches or bugs that then people blow up to be a massive massive deal and people resort to panic selling.

But that said, I'm being very pragmatic with this. I don't know what's going to happen. So what my take is, hey, if you see a lot of emotional buying or a lot of emotional selling, it's an opportunity to exploit people's emotions. Panic selling and panic buying are both great opportunities.

Panic buying could let things hit our price target before we even thought they would. and panic selling can get you a really, really good entry price on stocks or crypto assets that we really like ahead of the time thing is, with asset classes, so many people buy and sell, not based on the actual thing itself, but rather on how they're feeling about it and feelings can change very, very rapidly, which is why so many things are so volatile.
